An Online Study of Thinley Norbu Rinpoche: Magic Dance
I bow to my own Wisdom Mind
Which is my best wisdom teacher,
The source of all visible and invisible qualities
Thinley Norbu Rinpoche
Ordinarily, we remain ignorant about the nature of reality and as such her nature is hidden to us, leaving us suffering in confusion. For the yogi who is free of such confusion, and realises wisdom mind, reality is the magic dance of the five wisdom dakinis. The author of this work- Thinley Norbu Rinpoche (1931-2011) was throughout two successive incarnations, the physical and spiritual heir to the respective lineages of Dudjom Lingpa and his immediate rebirth Dudjom Rinpoche. Thinly Norbu Rinpoche became one of the greatest expounders of Buddhism in the modern world. Magic Dance was written in the early 1980s when Rinpoche began teaching in Europe and the USA. It remains a classic celebration of, and instruction in, the exceptional Vajrayana view and path to enlightenment.
