Rimey means without divisions or barriers. Every aspect of the Buddhist teaching is a means to dismantle rigid positions, so by its very nature the Buddhist teaching is non-sectarian. Yet these teachings reach us through distinct lineages- each with their own unique flavour, methods and history. This particular seminar study will center on a beautiful devotional liturgy from Jamgon Kongtrul entitled Crying to the Gurus From Afar, which invokes the presence of great masters of the principal Tibetan Dharma lineages and celebrates the spirit and pith of their teachings.
