Ngöndro Gar is an international community of students practicing Ngöndro following the teachings of Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche. The Vajrayana foundations (Ngöndro) provide the conditions for approaching the Vajrayana path and particularly for apprenticing under an authentic Vajrayana master. 

Jakob Leschly will be leading a two day ngöndro program at the Sydney practice centre. The emphasis will predominantly be on the practice. There will be time to explore in depth the practical aspects and the logic and theory basic to ngöndro and Vajrayana practice. 

We will practice the Longchen Nyingtik ngöndro, but practitioners of other ngöndros are also welcome. There will be the opportunity to clarify all aspects of practice. 
This workshop is open to anyone interested in Ngöndro.
